Automatic SMT (SMT) assembly line is a new technology to assemble electronic products. Earlier, we use wires, which was difficult to use and carry with. Then the process will continue with the injection of the molten material into the pcb. This will be followed by the tuck method, which is to hold the pcb edges flush. The fully Automatic SMT assembly line machine will then press the edges firmly and pull the pcb out of the machine. There are also manual methods such as pulling back on the trigger and pushing the trigger in order to guide the cutting tool into the web.
The final step in the not production line is done with the feeder or feed tray. The feeders will help in the feeding of the molten plastic and will be responsible for making sure that the tool will be pushed all the way through the circuit area. There are many kinds of feeders used for the SMT production. The common ones are the slotted feeders, the wire feeders and the double-sided feeders.
